School funding: power for parents

This paper advocates a method of funding schools that is more equitable than those we now use, improves schools by making them directly accountable to parents, and prevents church-state entanglement. Australian and overseas economists and sociologists who favour this method do so because it provides all schools with a predictable basic income and thus makes them less vulnerable to political interference and ideological manipulation.
